To delete a page, go to the right hand side of the screen, locate the page you want to delete, and right click on it. You can also right click on a page and select Move or Copy. Let go of the mouse button when you are finished. This way, you know exactly where you are placing it. This lets you know where the page that you are dragging will appear.
